On rare occasions, you'll find that your Connectors network visibility is closed limiting your ability to request introductions from them.
If you think it's appropriate, ask your Connector to open their network visibility, which will give full access to the people they know.
Below is a sample email you can send to your Connectors requesting that they open their network visibility.
Hi <First name>,
I am using a cool new tool called Hifive that makes requesting and making introductions super easy. Learn more here.
While attempting to request introductions to people your LinkedIn network, I noticed that your network visibility is closed. By default on LinkedIn your network visibility is open, but sometime along the line you made it closed.
